The Idea
A Chicago Nightclub Brand
Never Have I Ever was a Chicago nightclub brand created by Dom from the ground up. The concept, the name, the identity, the programming, the staffing, and the operations — all of it built from scratch in one of the most competitive nightlife markets in the country.
The name was intentional — playful, provocative, and instantly memorable. It gave the brand a personality before anyone walked through the door, and that personality carried through every touchpoint: the visual identity, the music programming, the guest experience, and the culture of the room.
The Approach
Brand First, Venue Second
Most nightlife operators build a room and then figure out the brand. Dom flipped that. Never Have I Ever was a brand concept first — a clear point of view on what the night should feel like — and the venue was the physical expression of that idea.
That meant every decision, from the lighting rig to the door policy to the DJ lineup, was filtered through a single question: does this feel like Never Have I Ever? The result was a room with a distinct identity that guests could feel the moment they arrived.

The Experience
The Room Had a Personality
Never Have I Ever wasn't just a night out — it was a specific feeling. The kind of place where the energy builds from the first hour and the crowd becomes part of the show. Building that required precision: the right talent, the right crowd, the right moment.
The Result
A Brand That Stood on Its Own
Never Have I Ever proved that a nightlife brand built with intention — where identity comes before infrastructure — can carve out a loyal audience in a crowded market. It wasn't just a venue. It was a destination with its own culture.
